Knowledgeable on integrations with internal and external applications; research any dependencies and work on system design plan with solution architect and developers. Review and analyze how changes to the business process and/or business needs will impact technical requirements throughout the system and organization. Ensure new business processes and system changes are documented, developed, tested, and promoted successfully. Create software requirements, specifications, use cases, technical requirements, wireframes, system flow diagrams, and other documentation for Guidewire configurations. Clarify requirements prior to delivery of documentation to the team. If not already, become an expert on Guidewire systems implementations. Work with the Operations team to triage production issues prior to development involvement. Be the liaison between functional leads, development teams and supports teams inclusive of SI partners and third-party vendors. Support UAT sessions during the UAT phase. Support production releases. Perform smoke testing. Work with QA team to ensure test cases are current, correct, and cover alternative paths for existing and new functionality. Document business process, system and data flows, analyze processes and recommend improvements. Co-Lead requirements discussions to document, analyze translate functional and non-functional requirements into user stories, diagrams and any other deliverables as needed. Experience with Commercial property and casualty lines of business. Experience working with Agile/SCRUM, writing user stories and following the development process through user story acceptance. Meet and work with Product Owners, scrum teams, project business sponsors, end-users and other as necessary to perform requirements elicitation and other assignments. Assist Product Owners with Backlog grooming, User Story development/review and prioritization.
