Provide expertise in analysing, designing, and implementing technological solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Act as a key point of contact for technical issues, offering guidance and support to resolve complex problems. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members. Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology tools, platforms, and vendors.
