Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements. Create robust documentation and communication of projects. Work closely with SMEs and Chief Product Owner to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making. Work closely with scrum master to monitor and track velocity and sprint completion. Cross collaboration with other Product Owners, as needed. Work with the Chief Product Owner to gain user acceptance of deliverables. Guides and advises Application Development teams to make fully informed decisions. Directing solution provider/vendors gap analysis and plan work product based on priority set by Chief Product Owner Solicit feedback from customers and incorporate it into the product roadmap. Identify and escalate issues that may impact delivery milestones. Capture, track and report on project KPIs Documentation of key decision in centralized repository Qualifications for Squad Lead: 4+ years of relevant professional experience in successfully leading teams Strong proficiency in Statistical analysis tools Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing, time sensitive environment.
