Drug Development Domain experience i.e. familiar with development functions (Clinical, Regulatory, Clinical Quality) Ability to balance multiple projects at same time (2-4) Knowledge and experience with Agile project delivery methodology. Ability to be agile and pivot when assumptions evolve in the context of the program or a project. GxP Project Management Experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good communicator Great Interpersonal Skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy Excellent problem-solving skills.
