Job Title : Sr QA with Heavy Workday Work Arrangement : Remote Job Description: Responsibilities Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday system implementations. Execute test plans and scripts to verify system functionality and ensure system quality. Identify and report defects and work with the implementation team to resolve issues. Participate in defect triage meetings and provide input on defect prioritization. Ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Workday system implementations. Provide regular updates on testing progress and defects to the implementation team. Participate in post-implementation testing to ensure successful deployment of Workday system implementations. Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Workday certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules Experience in testing Workday system implementations Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience in defect reporting and management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
