. Provide support and resolution for AS400/IBM. VIP DocManager , and Content Management System.

.Manage severity level 1-5 issues and assist with change management tasks

.Participate in routine production issue resolution , vulnerability management and patching,

.support server and application patching efforts and implement performance improvement initiatives.

.Colaborate with application teams and OS (AS400 and Windows) teams for troubleshooting and support.
