You will work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations by setting the vision and partnering with key stakeholders in Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal as well as collaborating externally with our outsourcing partners and banking institutions. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or equivalent practical experience. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience preparing content for and interacting with leaders across various functions (engineering, finance, business). Ability to lead complex internal stakeholder management. Able to influence both their own and other cross-functional / cross-regional teams within and outside S2P to drive collaboration and strategic outcomes. 5 years experience with accounting/finance ERP systems and business processes, as well as the system controls related to the processes. Work experience with an outsourced service provider in operations, procure-to-pay, or other relevant area. Invoicing experience a plus. Responsibilities: Support our S2P Operations and partner with key stakeholders and vendors to review programs at scale to drive strategic initiatives to improve end to end processes. Identify, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, consolidate bespoke processes, and scale with growth.
