Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team. Previous experience as a manager. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Looking for a more senior resource with 7+ years of certified scrum master or project management experience. Technical environment includes Oracle Database, Pentaho ETL, and Java Application. Agile environment 2 week sprints... looking for someone with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum. Heavy use of Jira along with Visio (flow diagrams), Excel, and PowerPoint. Will be tasked with organizing and leading scrum ceremonies as well as promoting growth/continuous learning within the team. SAFe certification. PMP certification.
