Around 14+ years of IT experience with minimum 10-12 years of SAP experience (ECC ) 2..Should have at least 2-3 implementation , 1-2 Rollout and AMS experience 3. Should have hands on experience with Finance, Local Taxation ( Canada & US added advantage) and Cross Module integration exposure 4. Must have multi -Company Scenario's ,Accounting principles 5. Should have hands on experience with controlling module -COPA, Activity based costing and others 6. Good Communication skills & Able to handle the customer expectation independently 7. Conversant with Data migration tools alike LSMW & integration with Non-SAP system 8.
