Job Description : MUST SKILLS: Guidewire, PolicyCenter, P&C Insurance domain Responsibilities: Excellent understanding of P&C insurance domain. 9+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong personal & commercial lines insurance domain experience. Minimum 5 years of experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter and must have knowledge on SBT implementation. Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model. Excellent research and analytical skills with a very good experience of analysing ISO manuals such as circular and electronic rating content. Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model. Ability to drive and influence business conversations. Review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs. Excellent communication, client interfacing and documentation skills Preferred to have CPCU / AINS certification. Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification preferred.
