From: James Smith, Yochana Solutions INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title- (EDI) Specialist Location Remote USA Duration 1+year The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Specialist is responsible for analyzing and designing required specifications for new customer set-ups / enhancements and modifications within Eatons EDI application environments. Serving as the primary link between the business and our data-trading partners, the jobholder helps define EDI transactions and business flows, as well as creating mappings and scripts within the Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) environment. Working independently, or in conjunction with Functional Analysts on larger B2B projects (who help define priority, scope and customer requirements) the EDI Specialist is responsible for timely delivery and successful outcomes in respect of: - backlog queue reduction, through assessment and delivery (from AMER, EMEA and APAC regions) of EDI enhancement requests, including new EDI, transactions and modifications to existing set-ups); - end-to-end EDI testing (with trading partners and ERP developers); Job Description The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Specialist is responsible for analyzing and designing required specifications for new customer set-ups / enhancements and modifications within Eatons EDI application environments. In-depth understanding on SAP EDI related flows and setups.
