Job Description:- Identify areas of the functionality which can or cannot be automated to assist with defining detailed automation test strategies and plans Identify process candidates for test automation Ensure clarification of requirements or enhancements Act as a leader on agile, DevOps and continuous delivery projects related to testing efforts Design and manage the manual and automated testing efforts with multiple projects Actively assist or lead efforts in all testing phases of the project by shaping the testing processes and strategies for each test phase Review, provide input, and ensure accuracy with detailed project documentation including RACI, test plan, test traceability matrix, and test schedule Evaluate each testing process based on risk-based testing, value, and effort Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize automation to improve test inefficiencies Drive process to review existing and/or build stronger regression script repositories by utilizing automation Evaluate automation test execution timelines to ensure ROI is achieved Advocate Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practices Build, implement, and direct quality assurance principles and maintain the quality of delivery Ensure that the project team adheres to the principles, guidelines, and QA/QC processes Define processes for test plan reviews and finalize with project team Monitor and lead all the QA activities, test execution, bug tracking including root cause analysis, test metrics, and identifying areas of improvement Desired Skillset The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise as a Functional/Project Test Lead on projects of various size and subject matter utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO). Strong experience in defining requirements and project management.
