Understand existing business requirements and design IM infrastructure Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation Assume ownership of IDM system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks Interact and communicate with application teams on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues Assign and review work packets delivered by the team Technical Skills - In Detail (Essential Skills) SailPoint IIQ deployment and configuration experience. Have designed & architected IGA solutions. Good knowledge of IGA sizing, performance and clustering. Must have designed & integrated multiple applications (like EBS, PeopleSoft, ERP, AD etc..) to SailPoint using OOTB as well as REST and SOAP based connector. Experience in modifying OOTB/Custom connector for implementing business flow Experience in development of workflows, SailPoint connector and application rules Knowledge of Java programming and well versed with SailPoint Java API. Experience in standard operating procedure to perform IGA pre and post production support Good knowledge of RDBMS Good understanding of Directory Server concepts. Working knowledge on LLD, HLD. Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, SSL, Load Balancers, Cloud. Strong Software Development Background. Strong Problem Resolution Capability & Delivery Focus. Proven Experience enabling Continuous Delivery.
