Experience in food item compliances, understand ETM and working out of a parent database. Experience in managing Nutrition Services Software (CBORD), Menu Programming, Nutrition Analysis, Coding and Menu build. Understanding of food service management, Room Service Choice (RSC), and patient services, with deep understanding of cost saving and quality control techniques Understanding of Epic and PCC Workflows is a plus.
