(2) Defining and capture business requirements. (3) Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. (4) Provide all tier level production support. (5) Perform system configurations and testing. (6) Develop system documentation to include: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials. (7) Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities (1) The AOC prefers at least one (1) FSCM Analyst to have a bachelors degree in accounting. (2) Five (5) years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) five (5) years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. (4) Experience with the following: i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process iii AWE/Workflow (5) Expert level knowledge of the following: i SDLC methodology and processes ii SQL iii Oracle 19C databases iv REST-based webservers v Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chartfield configuration process in Peoplesoft Financials. vi Purchasing, e-procurement, grants, contracts, general ledger, commitment control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and Asset Management/Inventory. (6) Ability to provide expert customer service.
