In the case Test Strategy is already defined; test lead will review and provide comments/rationale for existing test strategy Key elements of Test Strategy are as followed. Work with existing test team and stakeholder to define test tool usage, test cases, test script standards and procedures, test environment and test data requirements Define Quality Gate process and procedures, work with stakeholders and agree on entry and exit criteria for modernization testing Define test types functional, performance, data testing are some examples of test types Oversee Test Strategy implementation Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to draft key Test Scenarios within scope of work in the current phase. Review Test Scenarios with stakeholders to obtain sign off Develop estimates, resource plans and solution for next phases of modernization work * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
