Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules. All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development, and implementation). Two years of this experience must be on a public-sector project. Large-scale is defined in this RFO as $20 million one-time development costs or 5,000 system users. Three years of experience within the last 15 years leading Agile development activities including sprint planning, documentation of functional specifications and acceptance criteria in User Stories, and planning and leading functional, user acceptance and regression testing. Three years experience within the last 15 years leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes. Three years of experience within the last 15 years creating Technical Documentation, including functional and technical requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes. Bachelors Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Desired Skills: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Management Experience Exceeding Minimum Qualifications: Additional points will be awarded to the Senior Technical Lead if the total number of qualifying lead years of experience exceeds five years within the past 10 years. Experience with agile development methods. Additional points will be awarded for the ERP Senior Technical Lead if the experience exceeds three years within the past 10 years .
