Responsibilities for salesforce architect Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with stakeholders Assume ownership of identified projects, platforms, and architecture roadmaps Create capability, conduct gap analysis, solution designs, proof-of-concepts, and reference application / information architectures Engage stakeholders across organization to support project objectives through the application of sound architectural principles Provide portfolio oversight on technologies and solutions aligned to enable business capabilities Handle multiple concurrent initiatives achieving short-term commitments while advancing strategic objectives Establish standards and guidelines for the design and development, tuning, deployment and maintenance of enterprise assets Lead all members of a project in implementing your design including review of development artifacts to ensure the solution adheres to platform and architectural best practices Experience migrating data between relational tools and Salesforce, using ETL tools such as Data Loader, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment Qualifications for salesforce architect Strong technical skills with minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years as a Salesforce Architect Expert level knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com/Salesforce1 platform Experience enabling Salesforce solutions on mobile platforms Experience implementing AppExchange applications Knowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategies Experience with Release and Change Management best practices on the Salesforce platform Keywords: information technology |
