Project Manager for Organizational Change Management

As a member of the Organization Change Management (OCM) team, the Project Manager for Organizational Change Management works with other members of the OCM Team, Product Teams, Stakeholders, and users to help identify opportunities for change while easing the struggle change can cause our user-base. This may include the creation of templates for product deliverables, maintaining a support knowledge base, establishing reports/dashboards related to performance metrics. Additionally, the Project Manager for Organizational Change Management will help conduct Kaizen Events using Lean Six Sigma principles.

Years of Relevant Experience:   2 to 4 years

Preferred Education:   4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Certification and experience in Lean Six Sigma principles strongly preferred

Description:

         Prepare, setup and lead Kaizen Events using Lean Six Sigma principles.

         Work with OCM team to ensure deliverables are properly developed and maintained for DODD products. 

         Work with OCM team and Product teams to create templates to be used for OCM deliverables.

         Work with Stakeholders to maintain the business capability models and ensure the models are up to date. 

         Responsible for ensuring DODD is maintaining a support knowledge base for DODD ITS applications. 

         Work with Product teams and OCM team to ensure proper messaging and communication planning.

         Work with Operations and Development team to establish and report on application performance metrics.  

         Work with Product teams and Management to analyze established metrics using dashboards. 

         Gather feedback from product user groups by creating feedback mechanisms and performing SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis.

         Assist Stakeholders with adoption and onboarding users on new IT systems.

         Communicate and work with users and clients as necessary.

         Coordinate and present proposals to agencies as necessary.

         Ensure processes and activities are followed.
