http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1046711&uid= Job Role: UI/UX Lead Location: NYC, NY (3 days a week onsite)Locals only Duration: 12+ months 10+ years only Position Overview: This role will lead on all UX design and execution for Annalect applications as well as supporting the overall team efforts in providing design solutions to address the disparity of user experience and design from app to app. This individual will be critically important in building personas and a cross pattern UX/viz design library which will be distributed to all agency product teams to implement, harmonizing the user experience across applications. This will involve design work, dedicated time for QA, creating workflows, wireframes, prototypes, interviews, QA and review of products. Required Skills And Qualifications 10+ years experience candidate, who is hands-on in developing reusable frameworks and along with UX experience Must have design portfolio links on resume or application 5+ years of working experience as a UX Designer Strong, effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Experience working with data visualizations, data concepts, business intelligence and/or ad tech Experience writing user research scripts, conducting user research and testing, analyzing and presenting the results Experience working with development and engineering teams in an agile environment A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of best practices for digital user accessibility Knowledge of CSS, HTML, responsive design, other front end technologies also a plus Intellectual curiosity and drive; self-starters will thrive in this position A formal education in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, User Experience or related field Key Responsibilities: Conduct interviews with users and stakeholders to discover user needs Collaborate with product team on prioritization in overall product roadmap Design clear flows and interactions for new and existing web-based applications informed and validated by research and data Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks to illustrate solutions Facilitate user workshops and present ideas to product owners and stakeholders through whiteboarding, demos, walkthroughs Work with UI/UX designers to define and maintain application visual standards and design patterns Work with developers to support the realization of ideas and solutions Work with the QA to validate development and user acceptance criteria Conduct usability testing and improve user experience through iteration -- Keywords: quality analyst user interface user experience active directory information technology New York http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1046711&uid= |
