Job Description: We are looking for a developer advocate to support other developers to increase developer efficiency by working with engineers across client to help them build Cadence-based services successfully, creating and improving resources to educate users and building a developer community of Cadence users. Hiring Locations: Seattle, USA What the Candidate Will Do: - Help users onboard with Cadence - Improve users' experience with Cadence by answering their questions at StackOverflow, GitHub, Slack etc. - Help debug user issues - Engage with internal and open source community to identify new features we should build - Build tools to simplify Cadence onboarding and operations - Create tutorials, samples, guidelines for deployment and operational best practices in public cloud - Create detailed documentation Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in engineering or developer education roles - Great technical writing skills - Knowledge on setting up and debugging distributed systems on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Knowledge of technologies like Cassandra, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Kubernetes, React and programming languages like Go, Java, Javascript - Experience with building libraries and SDKs - Understanding of distributed systems and a good understanding of its fundamentals - Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Cadence - Coding skills with a high bar for quality and scalability - Familiarity with metrics collection systems like Prometheus - Experience with Thrift, gRPC, protobuf Keywords: golang Washington http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1049100&uid= |
