These should have included technical tasks, such as: Setting up networks, server management, infrastructure support, any network projects relating to VMWare, Windows servers, etc; Designing and building web applications, troubleshooting and resolving web application bugs, etc. Preferred Education: N/A Job Description: Work with Agency project managers to facilitate the development of project scope definitions. Create project level risk and issue management plans. The candidate will coordinate and produce project level resource reports. Create and maintain a business plan and return on investment data for projects. Create project presentations and progress reports on a weekly/monthly basis. Organize, manage and direct project team tasks and assure the proper application of PMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work. Develop the project plan. Supervise and manage the Stakeholders, the project team and project communications. Manage risks, issues and changes. Oversee and manage the project schedule and project budget. Manage conflicts and ensure successful delivery. Design, organize, and improve ticket triaging and support processes, including reporting. Coordinate with vendors on support issue resolutions and 3rd-party application upgrades. Mandatory skills N/A Certifications or Desired skills if any Current PMP certification. Experience working with or in a help desk/support role. Experience leading a team of 3rd-party application support personnel.
