Need Local to Michigan Must have DL from MI Role: Software Solutions Architect - Java Developer Location: Hybrid(MI) Top Skills & Years of Experience: Java/JavaScript programming SQL and XML HL7 version 2.x messaging and HL7 FHIR CDA standards and related document types Health care vocabularies; LONIC, SNOMED, RxNorm Health Information Exchange (HIE) technology Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Experience using latest Orion Health Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x) Experience using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to create custom filters, mappers, etc. Position Summary Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases. Responsible for developing ROMs for new use cases. Responsible for overall system design Review and approve system design for new use cases. Responsible for overall code and configuration Review and approve code deliverables. Coach and mentor developers Code of applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports Complete testing plan and checklists Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables. Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports. Perform knowledge transfer to state staff. Create technical documentation. Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan (IRP) Document, track and resolve technical exception requests (TRB) Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) Responsible for Health Service ESBs SSP / ATO / POAMS Follow configuration management processes implemented. Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software.
