This individual will be responsible for overseeing high-visibility projects within the payments ecosystem, including RTP and integrated payments, ISO20022 implementation, and the integration of EPP on-prem technologies. The technical lead should possess a strong background in banking and payments, as well as having excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with support teams and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Work closely with MuleSoft developers and support teams to provide technical guidance and ensure successful and timely delivery of project releases Help plan and coordinate new workflows and patterns and scheduling of task assignments and goals Escalate issues in order to expedite process correction Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Utilize background in banking and payments to enhance project outcomes Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role Strong background in MuleSoft integration Previous experience in banking and payments Familiarity with RTP, ISO20022, and Fiserv EPP a big plus Proficient in Azure, Oracle, and Apache Tomcat Excellent communication skills Thanks Naveen Varma [email protected] United Software Group Inc..
