One or more Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Certification(s) (CCIE) in Collaboration or Voice, at a minimum, and Data Center and/or Route/Switch The requirement includes periodic on-site work at key IRS locations: New Carrollton, MD HQ; Martinsburg, WV, Data Center; Memphis, TN, Data Center; Ogden, UT, Data Center; CONUS Cisco locations Key Capabilities The Technical Resources require Senior Subject Matter Expertise in the full range of Cisco Calling Infrastructure and related hardware and software infrastructure in the IRS: Cisco Routing/Switching in a VOIP environment CUCM CUBE SBC CER UCS VMWare NetApp Collab AA PCA CAPF Certificates 802.1x as implemented on Cisco phones and calling infrastructure Scripting to support ad hoc automation efforts and CUBE SBC operations Selected Responsibilities but not limited to: Plan and Implement Phase 1 (dual stack IPv4/v6) and Phase 2 (IPv6 only) of the Federal IPv6 mandate Plan and Implement UC Phone Firmware/SW/HW Upgrade required to support IPv6 and 802.1x Participate in ongoing Security Review & Optimization programs managed by IRS CSIRC Participate in Filing Season Reading Configuration Review planning, especially for Gateways/CUBEs and CUCM Servers Validation of wiring between FIs, UCS chassis, NetApp storage and core switches Configuration of FIs and UCS per the Cisco compatibility matrix for UCS SW and firmware versions Verification of the resource inventory on deployed blades Proactive health checks across the calling infrastructure Replication of service profiles from existing UCS to new UCS VMware upgrades UCS upgrades [email protected] Keywords: active directory trade national Maryland Tennessee Utah West Virginia |
