Good understanding of Identity & Access Governance including access request, certification, and role-based access control. Ability to communicate about IAM and implementation at both the functional and technical level. Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc. Should have good knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint. Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts Customer Facing Exposure is a must.
