This is a key member of the team, collaborating closely with the very best engineers, designers, product and business leaders, and partners. We need a creative self-starter with attention to detail and an eye for beautiful, clean user interfaces, who would ensure that solutions are both feasible and align with business goals and objectives all while staying abreast to the latest trends and technologies. Collaboration is a key part of this team. Responsibilities Create interaction patterns, workflows, wireframes, screens and UI components that improve products. Produce high fidelity mockups and provide clear direction for development teams implementing designs into front-end code. Contribute to an evolving design system that supports multiple products across the companys brands. Help to shape visual design language, tone of voice and product consistency while being mindful of established design patterns across the organization. Work closely with cross-functional teams, product stakeholders and engineers to develop product requirements and deliver features that meet both business and user needs. Transfer the brands strength through the interface of the product. Coordinate the development and delivery of all assets for assigned UX tasks and/or projects. Possess a sound understanding of current web application development practices, including browser best practices and event handling. Conduct UAT on enhancements to existing systems or participate in acceptance testing on new systems. Provide findings on defects or enhancements to product team and development team with recommended solutions to ensure all objectives of the project have been met. Validate UX design enhancements and solutions internally by developing and completing usability testing, evaluating analytics and behavioral metrics, and studying user technologies. Actively participate in design critiques, stakeholder reviews and customer demos. Help improve the way the team works from iteration to iteration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience designing digital products and working with cross-functional teams. 4+ years of related work experience in User Centered Design, or similar field. 2+ years of working in an Agile, fast-paced development environment using Continuous Delivery and TDD. Deep portfolio that demonstrates extreme attention to detail (pixel-level sensitivity). Proficiency in Figma. Experience working in design systems. Familiarity with Material Design. Proven ability to develop superior domain expertise. Current understanding of web application development, including browser best practices and event handling and reusable components. Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and methodologies such as React, Angular, Vue. Excellent working knowledge of Jira, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, and Hotjar. Emerging experiences design for emerging technologies, i.e., artificial intelligence and machine learning. Knowledge of HTML and SASS/CSS, interaction design, user-centered design, and the creative process. Proven ability to apply analytical skills to make design recommendations and/or decision based on data. Detail-oriented nature with ability to track, organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects. UX design skills including accessibility, responsive design and mobile, mobile, native. Organizational, time and project management skills.
