Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance our customer support and service capabilities. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, a deep understanding of customer service processes, and the ability to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality solutions. Qualifications: Min 12+ years of Total IT Experience is a must. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service Cloud implementations. Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools. Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and data management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
