Leadership - You are trusted, empathetic, accountable, and empower others around you What you'll do: You will Lead Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM Deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverables. You will be focused on administering key applications Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation & support lifecycles. You will be playing an important part in delivering solutions on the Anaplan platform. You will be working closely with customer and Project Delivery teams to design and build complex, scalable, and integrated planning solutions systems leveraging Anaplan best practices in an Agile development environment. You will be responsible for independently architecting solutions to meet the needs of clients, develop Proof-of-Concepts leveraging latest Anaplan platform features & related technologies, define best practices and guidelines for model and UX design, and perform model reviews. You will be required to experiment and innovate with the Anaplan platform, solve unique and complex planning problems, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be leading complex Anaplan based planning and EPM engagements working with the project teams and customers. You will be defining solution architecture and design guidelines for applications and lead discussions around Anaplan connected planning roadmap. Must Haves: Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 8+ years of overall ERP Administration Experience 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP) Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory. Experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-out. Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and the relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutions. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred. Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management Exceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations) Desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise. Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Worked with a broad range of diverse customers and stakeholders Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
