Design, develop, and deploy AI systems that can solve complex business problems and create value for customers and stakeholders. Ensure the quality, performance, and security of AI systems, and adhere to the best practices and standards for AI development and deployment. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand the requirements, challenges, and opportunities for AI solutions. Communicate the benefits, risks, and limitations of AI solutions to various audiences, and provide guidance and support for AI adoption and governance. Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methods for AI development and deployment, and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in AI development and deployment, preferably in the financial industry. Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java. Proficient in LLMs and Vector Databases Expertise in one or more AI frameworks, such as LangChain. Knowledge of AI concepts, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Experience in working with large and complex data sets, and using cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
