The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100% at the Client s site in Jacksonville, FL (required); Quality assurance experience; Testing support including manual, automation, and performance testing experience; Preferred: Experience in Insurance industry Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide overall quality assurance leadership, ensuring that testing processes align with industry standards and best practices; Conduct thorough manual testing, identifying and documenting defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software; Develop and execute automated test scripts to streamline testing processes, improve efficiency, and identify issues early in the development lifecycle; Perform performance testing to assess the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of software applications under various conditions; Contribute to the development of comprehensive testing strategies, considering both manual and automated testing methodologies to achieve thorough test coverage.
