Test lead Location - Remote Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Skill 1 BlueCard Claims Yrs of Exp 3+ Skill 2 Healthcare Payor Yrs of Exp 7+ Skill 3 Selenium Automation Yrs of Exp 5+ Mandatory if Applicable Domain Experience (If any ) Healthcare Exp Mandatory Must have Certifications Good to have Responsibilities Work in a Lead capacity at onsite , managing offshore-onshore QA activities covering the below job requisite :- Review of software requirements and working closely with customer Preparation of test cases Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according the accepted standards Execution of tests , Reporting of defects Should be able to pick up Test automation works during the course of engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation Should practice and exhibit clients core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity Requirements Mandatory : 7+ years minimum of software testing expertise with at least 2 Year extensive experience handling Claims (Bluecard) in US healthcare domain Experience in healthcare domain with claims exposure is mandatory *Experience in Blue Card claims processing /ITS *(Good understanding of Healthcare payor functions *Experience with testing Home and Host claims SF/DF/RF transactions,Plan Connexion and Blue Square *Excellent understanding of 837I/P,834,270/271 x12 formats Ability to lead a QA team and coordinate offshore-onshore QA activities. Basic knowledge /work experience of Test automation (Selenium) is required: Should be able to pick up Test automation works during the course of engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation.
