Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification. Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Agile Coach (PAC), or equivalent certification. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Strong knowledge of agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe). Proven ability to define and deliver value to the customers and the business. Proven ability to lead and coach agile teams and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation. Proven ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs. Proven ability to use data and feedback to drive decision making and improvement. Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts. Proven ability to learn and grow continuously.
