The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. Responsibilities: As a Quality Analyst, you will Review system specifications Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Evaluate product code according to specifications Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot & replicate issues Regression testing Perform front-end testing, database testing and backend testing Document test results, steps to reproduce and uses cases Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Familiarity with Agile frameworks Knowledge of test management software Work in an Agile environment Requirements: 7+ years experience with manual and automation testing Facets Enrollment and Billing module experience Hands on experience with preparing test cases, test scripts and documenting test results using tools such as qTest Knowledge of Healthcare enrollment and financial transactions such as HIPAA 834, 820 270/271 processes and EDI systems Should possess good SQL Skills for QA tasks and preferably worked with SQL server and Oracle Knowledge of ETL (Informatica or SSIS) Should be able to independently create test cases and relevant test data based on user stories Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment Location: This position is based in Norfolk, VA.
