[email protected] Position: Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare Payer/Provider, SQL, Datawarehouse) Location: Hybrid (Philadelphia, PA) Duration: 6 - 12 months Experience: 10+ years Must to Have: 1.Provider workflow or GCP knowledge is not needed 2.SQL + DWH + Healthcare + BA + DA knowledge are must. 3.Strong logical & analytical SQL query writing skill. 4.Deep understanding in Healthcare Insurance domain. 5.Understanding in designing & building Data warehousing rule engine. 6.Knowledge in preparing Source to Target Mapping Document. 7.Strong Knowledge in Data warehousing concepts. 8.Ability to perform UAT on Business requirements & Reports validation. 9.Support on Production Validation. Requirements: Duties: Gather business requirements by working with various stakeholders Create and document business requirements, system application flows, and impacts Develop new process flows and integrate functionality Identify potential issues and risks through gap analysis Plan and consult with business stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports Create and apply diagrams representing data flow within various systems Maintain approved project artifacts and follow version control processes Support systems testing traceability Provide assistance during weekends and/or after-hours as needed Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience Effective communication and analytical skills Strong healthcare domain knowledge (payor/provider experience) Data warehouse knowledge Strong SQL skills (writing, understanding Fact, Dimension table, Rank and dense rank, Row sequence number, partition by, complex Join, etc.) Experience in creating BRD, FRDs, UML, and flow diagrams Ability to facilitate business requirement elicitation sessions with multiple stakeholders Identifying potential issues and risks through gap analysis Planning and consulting with business stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports In-depth knowledge of SDLC and creating/developing business requirements Proficiency in Visio to create process flows Strong waterfall methodology experience (Agile Scrum familiarity is a plus) Familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts is a plus IIBA certification or equivalent is a plus Keywords: business analyst Pennsylvania http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1059449&uid= |
