Hands-on experience of SQL/PLSQL. Experience in developing BI or any other reports. Strong trouble shooting/ debugging skills on all OTM related issues. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all management levels and end user levels. Should have technical knowledge which will help in debugging the issue and understanding the custom codes and customization. Should have worked on at least 1 or 2 Implementations projects.
