The following requirements and activities will be performed: Potential technology to be utilized: The following list of technologies may potentially be used in this project pending final approval by the Office of Technology Services (OTS). All development must meet OTS standards and must be able to be transferred the to the State for the State to maintain and support without the need of third-party contracts or services. Advanced knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Ability to architect and implement scalable, modular, and maintain systems. 4.
