Sr Workday Finance Program/Project Manager Visa: NO CPT & OPT Duration: 17 Mo Contract Location: Remote, but sitting in CST or EST time zone region is required MOI: Phone then Video From Hiring Manager: "We have the finance domain, but within that domain we have 11 different workstreams who are all being run by SMEs within those domains. However, none of those people have been backfilled. Im concerned that we need to have enough oversight to make sure the project stays on track and issues are bubbled up timely. Having a PMO who can assist with that oversight will be important. Ideally this person will have finance and Workday finance knowledge. I really would like to have someone who understands what is happening in the meetings." She needs someone to be her eyes and ears. Schedule meetings, sit in meetings, take notes, make suggestions for follow up meetings and keep the train on the tracks. This type of person will ideally be able to sit in on as many meetings as possible and be able to work closely with current Manager to guide team and keep Pam organized. The Manager is a direct person. Ideally we can provide someone strong-willed who can feel confident taking charge and running point, this will be respected by her and take a TON off her plate and help the Finance Integration team be successful.
