Title Project Manager Location San Jose, CA (Onsite) Duration 12+ Months of Contract Job id - 13961-1 Note: Looking only for local candidate Top Skills' Details 1) Must have 10+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) 2) Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks 3) Experience managing projects in SAP Data & Analytics preferred with S4 HANA experience as a big plus 4) Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects 5) Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots 6) Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders Job Description: Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile/Scrum 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing large global programs Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for scrum meetings Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals Creative and proactive problem solver Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills Motivated to work both independently and in a team setting Strong with SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tool Impact and influence In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results.
