Job description: Notes from discussion with hiring manager Looking for a Solution Architect with EXTENSIVE banking (community banking or credit union) experience. Able to be onsite a few days every two weeks, so based in NY, NJ, Mass, CT is key. The hiring manager lives in NJ and is open to a few days every few weeks onsite. She ideally wants folks with good data and system integration design and architecture background. Experience with Client, Salesforce and any banking/branch technology is critical. REQUIRED Experience and details Valid LinkedIn Bio Professional references POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Solution Architect works across Technology and Business Teams to design solutions that: Meet business needs. Align with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure standards. Scale to support our client's growth trajectory. Basic Qualifications 8+ years' experience with systems integration and/or delivering applications using software as a service methodology. Experience leveraging REST based APIs to build applications/integrations. Experience in Banking Technologies such as Client, Meridian Link, Alkami, Branch Technologies, others. Experience in Enterprise Technologies such as Workday, Salesforce, Enterprise Content Management, DocuSign, Jira, other. Prior roles/experience as a Solutions Architect (banking domain), Systems Analyst, or Tech Lead that supported banking functions. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Methodologies, and CI/CD including use of Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub. Web development and database development experience is a plus. Knowledge of ETL functions. Data analysis and knowledge of report writing. Knowledge of cloud implementations in a hybrid environment. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment including employees, vendors, and third-party contractors. Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced team members. Strong understanding and adherence to IT SDLC and operational best practices Experience with any of the following technologies: .NET, File transfer (MFT), SQL, and python is a plus. Experience with TOGAF or a related Enterprise Architecture framework is a plus. Strong knowledge of ETL development including development patterns, and best practices. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Knowledge of banking data and core systems Knowledge of data governance and data management technologies and methodologies Experience in VDI environments such as Citrix.
