You will be ability to work with people from multiple geographical location (USA/UK/Europe/India) You will implement and maintain the needs to ensure teams are appropriately resourced to deliver the services. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their expectations. Multiple Vertical and Horizontals and managing internal complexity is key success factor for this role. You will work closely with business stakeholders in implementing process changes when and where it is required. Outline process changes that will need to occur and assist the customer drive Organizational Change. Must Have: Min 12 Years of experience handling large PLM engagements. Experience handling large scale Teamcenter implementation programs is desirable. Proven experience of at least 8 years as a Solution Architect or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and technical capabilities in Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflow. Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using various programming languages and technologies. Must have exposure of PLM implementation/support in various Industry sector. Should have strong experience in leading teams to deliver projects in Onsite/Offshore models. Technical inclination/ understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations. PMP/PgMP certified is highly desirable.
