Job description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an extensive business analysis background. The person manages, plans, organizes, and controls all development activities of IT application projects at varying levels of complexity which includes ServiceNow implementations. Duties include: -Manage individual projects of varying size and complexity -Create and maintain project plans -Ensure that users and project team members roles and responsibilities are defined -Coordinate and monitor activities to ensure project is completed on time and within budget -Ensures that user requirements, deliverables and approvals are defined and documented -Communicate project status; promote use of PMI best practices -Ensure the delivery of a product that meets user requirements. - Liaise between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams to ensure smooth collaboration - Identify and proactively manage project issues and risks to prevent delays or scope creep -Business Analysis Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, use cases, scenarios etc. Document the detailed business requirements in a traceable, testable, and verifiable format, providing recommendations and specifications to refine the business processes as needed to achieve a positive impact to the solution. Produce work products as appropriate including Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specifications, workflows, use cases, business rules, process flow, data flow, test cases, training materials, etc. Support test strategy definition, test requirements definition, development of test scenarios, and execution of test phases Effectively communicate project status, issues, schedule and accomplishments to various management and stakeholder groups, as needed.
