This role is an ultimate team player, self-starter who takes initiative and who can juggle different tickets , alerts and security risks. Primary Responsibility Support agile innovative infrastructure solutions/Infrastructure management solutions that take advantage of cloud technology to allow cost optimization, standardization Collaborate with team to build Cloud IAC (Infrastructure as Code) standards and implementation. Work Closely with geographically distributed teams on technical challenges and process improvements Manage the OS, Load balancers , Web server related issues and configuration Manage the repave or patching activity seamlessly with help of IAC automation On-call support Windows Based AWS or GCP Cloud experience Source Code Control Management like Git Terraform Ansible Jenkins CICD Expert in PowerShell, and/or Python scripting Strong Windows Administration and tuning Performance Tuning OS Patching IIS Webserver support Active Directory Management Users and Group Management DNS/NS Management SSL Certificate Management Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, LDAP, SMTP. Knowledge in observability tools such as Elastic Linux Based - AWS or GCP Cloud experience (Preferably AWS) Mail Server or SMTP Relay experience Source Code Control Management like Git Terraform Ansible Jenkins CICD Strong Linux administration IN depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc. Kernel Tuning Performance tuning Patching SSL Certificate Management Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, LDAP, SMTP.
