Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Required/Desired Skills: Technical development/change management experience Required 10 Years Develop and deploy a change/control/release/incident management practice Required 8 Years Mitigate risk against failure in system release Required 8 Years Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite, familiar with project mgmt tools Required 8 Years Jira and ServiceNow Required 5 Years Knowledge of project management principles and practices Required 8 Years Release Management principles and the release management lifecycle including scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple vendors Required 8 Years Release management principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through project closure Required 8 Years Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management. Required Change management principles and practices, change control board activities and change request processing. Required Basic management principles and practices, methods of data collection and analysis; Required Experience organizing risks and issues for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials Required Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, Change Management, Release Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management Required State Government / Public Sector. Medicaid / Healthcare. Project / Program Management Certification.
