Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality digital experiences. 6. Developing and implementing best practices for AEM development and deployment. 7. Managing AEM environments, including configuration, performance tuning, and security. 8. Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. 9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest AEM features and enhancements, and evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations. 1 0. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Tech Stack Experience: 1. Experience in Java development 2. Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and 3. Familiarity with AEM architecture and administration. 4.
