They are continuing to grow their partnerships (i.e. hotels to show on their website) and so they have a lot of integrations - with these partner websites and pull data such as search history, bookings (especially during a promotion) and use that data to track how much theyre making daily /weekly, etc. One key project for 2024 is to improve the overall customer experience on the website, including building a checkout feature to allow customers to book directly from their website (vs. having to book through the partner website).
