Alpharetta, GA & NY - Onsite from day 1 (Locals)

Resource should have knowledge on Genesys cloud Routing experience like below :

Genesys Architect [Development tool] for building Routing scripts

Genesys Queue management

Genesys DID and phone management

Troubleshooting and debugging knowledge Resource should have knowledge of Genesys cloud API for Routing

Web development knowledge to build UIs using cloud API

Genesys Monitoring API knowledge to build a Monitoring tool

Resource should have knowledge on Conversational IVR using Genesys Cloud/ Nuance / Kore.AI

Resource should have knowledge on chat and chat integration with Salesforce using Genesys Cloud / Kore.AI.

Resource should have knowledge of Grafana/Splunk monitoring tools.
