The position involves working on data science projects and solutions that drive customer experience, customer service, network, and technical operations, marketing effectiveness, personalization, recommendation, and operational efficiency. The position involves developing AI/ML solutions to complex business problems, preparing and processing large data, testing models' performance, working with data engineers to implement models, preparing technical results and presentations, and migrating python and pyspark-based predictive models to Google Cloud Platform. Required: Solid hands-on experience in coding statistical and machine learning models using Python, PySpark, and machine learning libraries. Experience with building machine learning models and data processing using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Bachelors degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering with six or more years of relevant work experience as a data scientist developing and coding predictive models for business applications, or a Masters degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering with four or more years of relevant work experience as a data scientist developing and coding predictive models for business applications. Experience in data management and data analysis in a relational database, Hadoop and Spark, SQL hands-on experience. Experience in NLP, language understanding, topics modeling, and deep learning applications. Experience in large-scale data science projects and delivering from end to end. Experience with building data pipelines, model artifacts, and packaging for and model deployment. Strong communication and interpersonal influencing skills.
