Identifies the functional definitions of the system, complete with workflow; impacts to existing applications; and navigation. Designs user interface mockups, visual models, charts, flow diagrams and other specification components. May conduct analytical review meetings as required with business stakeholders and subject domain experts to acquire the necessary details to write functional specifications. WHO YOU ARE Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of related work experience. Financial Services, Mortgage Servicing and Auction Experience preferred. Must be extremely detail oriented, a good problem solver, a good listener, articulate (in both writing and verbal communications), and able to handle projects alone and within a group. Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of related work experience. Positive attitude, negotiation skills, strong written and oral communication skills are also required. Excellent project management and time management skills. Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle; knowledge of successful software development methodologies and best practices. Ability to solve problems across domains (business, functional, technical, and operational). Demonstrated ability to create and maintain large sets of documentation; a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word or other documentation tools; Knowledge of any relational database like SQL Server is required.
