Hybrid 2days /week (40% onsite Complete Description As a Lead developer, the individual will motivate a team of developers in building and deploying applications to the highest standards. The individual will lead the team with a deep knowledge of analysis, modern design, development, and testing in meeting the industry standards while satisfying both business and functional requirements. The individual will have the experience in one or more technology domains to solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and integrate externally with a third-party solution. The lead developer will work in a collaborative environment that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our agency. Job Responsibilities: This position will function as a highly skilled full stack Sr. Dot Net developer with specific responsibilities that include: Develop and lead the enhancements of robust technology & data systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical personnel to gather and analyze requirements, to determine necessity of modifications or enhancements, and translating into technical specifications and system architecture. Design and build the systems architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. Utilize programming language and frameworks (.NET, Bootstrap, Angular, MVC) to create the necessary modules, interfaces, and functionalities. Leverage SQL database structure and optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient complaint management. Integrate secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC) to control system access. Demonstrated technical expertise creating integrations across diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies, both internal and external systems, ensuring data quality and privacy protection. Produce technical and operational documentation. Ability to make best practice recommendations based upon past work. Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skill: Experience in modern technology space with a demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives on Public Cloud. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) of n-tiered large-scale applications. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS), AJAX, JSON, XML Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and containerization (e.g., Docker). Experience in Event driven architecture and Micro services, SOAP and RESTful APIs. Mastery of application development, data access methods, and data analytics disciplines including but not limited to .NET Platform, MVC, C#, SQL, jQuery, XML, T-SQL with a minimum of 7 years experience. Command of architecture, design, and business processes. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
